Our grill’s construction sets it apart from other leading manufacturers in the industry. Rather than utilizing flimsy, paper-thin steel, we employ high-quality 1/8″ Mild steel throughout, with even thicker steel utilized in the firebox. This yields an exceptionally sturdy and robust grill that is built to last. Where other manufacturers may use a steel-on-steel fit for the horizontal drive shaft, we incorporate oil-impregnated bronze bushings and roller bearings. This results in a grill that operates smoothly and without any unpleasant screeching or squeaking. Our grill grate is impressively durable, boasting enough strength that even our team members can walk across it without any flexing. Unlike traditional cables that are prone to fraying over time, we utilize ANSI 40 roller chain, a robust and reliable component commonly used in dirt bikes and other demanding applications. Our grill grate is so sturdy, in fact, that we have incorporated a gear reduction system to make operation of the hand wheel notably effortless. The grill’s ratcheting-style setup ensures that, as you crank the wheel, the grill clicks and locks into place at the desired height. When it’s time to lower the grill, simply roll the handle forward, pull the lever, and let it descend gently to your desired height.
